At Newtronx, we are dedicated to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the details of our shipping process and return policy to ensure you have a hassle-free experience when shopping with us.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

We offer Free Economy Shipping within the continental US for orders over $75. For all other orders, a $7.90 flat fee will be charged for economy shipping.

Our delivery time is 5-10 business days from the order date. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order date.

We will do our best to deliver your orders on time and ask for your understanding should your order arrive later than expected.

Shipping Terms

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

• An adult signature will be required for all orders at the time of delivery due to the high value of our products.

• To track your shipping, we recommend downloading the FedEx or UPS application and making sure you will be available to receive the delivery upon arrival.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

We support shipping to Hawaii and Alaska via our Customer Service department. Please contact us to place an order and receive a custom quote.

Changes & Cancellations

We guarantee order cancellations and changes within 2 hours of order placement. Depending on how far along the order fulfillment is, we may not be able to make updates or changes.

To change any details or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by replying to the order confirmation email, or by filling out the dedicated ‘Online orders’ form.

Returns Policy

At Newtronx, we are committed to creating exceptional kids’ products and stand behind our products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 100 days from the purchase date to return your item.

For the first 30 days, returns are free of charge. After this period, customers are responsible for shipping fees, and a restocking fee of 30% will be applied.

Returns Terms

• Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and in new condition with all stickers and inserts included. Merchandise returned not in the original condition will result in a restocking fee of up to 30% or may not qualify for a refund.

• Original shipment and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds can only be given to the original form of payment.

• Restocking fees & shipping fees may be deducted from the total refund amount if applicable.

• If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original form of payment or make an exchange.

• Products returned after 100 days of the purchase date will be refused or returned to the customer.

Starting a Return

If you would like to return your order for any reason, simply contact us within 100 days from the purchase date.

The Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label. All returned products will be inspected by our Customer Service team upon receipt.

After we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing your refund. Appropriate refunds will only be issued after the inspection. If applied, shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return for a refund for your original purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. To track your order, click on the ‘Track My Shipment’ button to open the dedicated order page

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

In the event that the carrier attempts to deliver your package three times and the package is still undeliverable or refused, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the package, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Price Adjustments

If you purchased an item that is later marked down within seven days of the original order date, you are eligible for a price adjustment. To receive a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

Acceptance of Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or issues related to fraud prevention and/or account abuse. In the event that we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or phone and issue a full refund to the original form of payment.

Refund Policy

If you’d like to get a refund, please contact our customer support within 30 days of purchase and provide detailed information regarding the issue. Please be ready to provide us with some form of visual proof that the product was faulty.

If your purchase was a digital product, unfortunately we do not provide refunds and all sales will be deemed final.

If you would like to submit a refund request, please use the contact information on our website. We kindly ask you to include proof of payment (payment receipt or screenshot from your bank statement) and the email address used to sign up.

All refunds are transferred to the account that initially paid for the product. By purchasing from our website, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions. If you dispute or charge back the purchase with your credit card provider, we will not be able to refund the transaction, and it might take months until a final resolution is settled upon. Cases closed in the merchant’s favor cannot be reversed. So, we kindly ask you to stay patient and give us a chance to resolve the issue directly with you

Warranty Policy:

All Newtronx products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

If you find any issues with your product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a refund or exchange for the product after our team has inspected and verified the issue.

After 30 days, we will repair or replace your product at no charge if it is determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship. However, we do not provide refunds for products outside of the 30-day period.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidents resulting in damage to the product. In the event of any of these issues, we may charge a fee to repair or replace the product.
