Returns and warranty claims
You can return an unused order within 30 days, and every tricycle has a 1-year warranty. To start a return or a claim, send us your order number and a short description of the problem. If something arrived damaged or stopped working, add a photo or two. The shipping and returns policy has the details.
Questions before you buy
Not sure which tricycle fits your child? Tell us your child’s age and how you plan to use it, and we will point you to the right model. Both are made for ages 10 months to 5 years, up to 70 lb. You can also compare the Adventure Pro and the Trixplorer yourself.
